How to get there:
Bus from Cubao to Naga – Fare range P650 – P1000. It is recommended to secure bus tickets ahead of time so you can choose preferred bus line, time and seats. Araneta Center Bus Port is a centralized ticketing station for a lot of bus lines. Travel time 9-12 hours.
Naga to Caramoan – You can either travel by land or combination of land/sea. To save time, go to UV express terminal bound to Sabang Port (1.5 hours/P100) then boat to Guijalo port (2 hours/P120). Be sure to be at the port before 11am (last ride). Bus from Naga to Caramoan is a little less than 5 hours travel. From Guijalo port, 30-45 minutes tricycle ride (P300) to Brgy Paniman.
Island hopping – P1500 for short trip, P2500 for long trip. Recommended boat man:

Guinahuan Island. Ask for guides to take you to Guinahuan lighthouse (15 minutes trek)
Cotivas, where we had fish (talakitok) sinigang/grilled (P250/k). P50 cottage fee, P50 entrance fee (per boat)
Bugtong Island (P50/boat)
Sabitang Laya (Bagieng Island)
Manlawi sandbar, you may opt to have your lunch here as well. There are floating cottages available (P250)

Going back:
You can either take the same route, or bus ride from Caramoan to Naga. Since we want to maximize our 2nd day island hopping, we opted to take the 5-hour bus ride. Last trip is scheduled at 4pm. 30-minute tricycle ride (P150) from Brgy Paniman to Caramoan bus station. Make sure to stop over to St Michael the Arch Angel Church (oldest church in Caramoan).
Naga to Cubao – choose among the bus line ticketing offices. Much better if you buy tickets ahead of time as it can easily get fully booked.
